Whether you’re all, some, or none of the above, there is a place for you at our Genesia Girls Hackathon ‘25. Engage in an exciting weekend of challenges, workshops, speakers, and other fun activities, and meet fellow-minded young women and girls in Wellington! Open for all female students in the Wellington region, no experience required.

Q: Do I need a team to join?

A: Nope! If you don't have a team, we'll assign you one - no stress at all.

Q: How long is it?

A: Each day will run from 10am-6pm. So no early wakeups!

Q: Do I need to know how to code?

A: Not at all! We'll have awesome mentors there to support you, as well as workshops and materials to help you upskill. No coding experience needed.
